Scope of Work

• Filing of ITR (Monthly/Quarterly as required) and generating TDS form in r/o staff, faculty and vendors etc. and every related work to Income Tax return filing.
• Generating Challan of TDS for GST and Filing returns (Monthly/Quarterly as required) for the same and every work related to GST filing.
• Filing of Profession Tax returns Monthly and other related work to it.
• Generating Form No. 16 of all staff member, Contract faculty and Third party and resolving
• To attend Income Tax, GST, Profession Tax Notices / Hearings if any, pertaining to previous /current financial year and resolve these issues.
• Resolving all other queries related to Income Tax, GST, Invoice etc., and advising in all other matters related to Accounts work.
• To co-ordinate with statutory and any other audit as and when required and provide information as per asked for by the audit party.

Last date and time for submission of online Bids: 3rd May, 2022, by 3pm.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Conditions & Documents:-

a) The professional firm should have its Functional office in Pune city for minimum Three years before Tender Publish Date, and should be available as and when required for any query/issue. Also the firm should be able to attend any urgent matter related to scope of work with the concurrence of FTII officials. (MSME/ UAM/ GST Registration Certificate/ Shop Act License/ Certificate Incorporation will be verified for address)

b) To comply the tender terms and conditions, each & every page of Tender documents should be sealed and signed by the bidder.

c) ICAI Firm / Member Card.

d) MSME/UAM Certificate/ Bid Security Declaration

e) PAN card.

f) Shop Act License/ Certificate of Incorporation.

g) GST Registration Certificate.

h) Annual Income Tax Return filed for last three years.

i) Copy of work experience of similar nature with requisite proof

j) scanned copy of the tender acceptance letter duly signed by authorized representative of the firm as a token of acceptance of the terms & conditions in pdf format.

k) Requirement of training / on-job training to faculty/staff as applicable.

l) Vendor should follow all Government Rule & Norms while deploying the manpower for above work.

Manner of submission of online Bids

Instruction for online bid submission is given in detail at Annexure-I of this RFP. All the required documents in support of the eligibility criteria along with scanned copy of EMD are also to be uploaded along with the bids. The bidders are advised, in their own interest, to submit the requisite papers/documents with their bid as per the specifications/eligibility criteria indicated in part-II of the RFP failing which their bids may be declared as non-responsive/ineligible. Complete e-tender documents may be downloaded from the website of Central Public Procurement Portal (http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app) or from Departmental website (www.ftii.ac.in) with effect from the date of publication of the tender notice. Information or any issue of corrigendum related to this tender/RFP will be made available/uploaded only on the website of Central Public Procurement Portal and the Departmental website. Such amendments/modifications shall be binding on all the prospective bidders. Late tenders will not be considered. No responsibility will be taken for any delay on account of non delivery/ non-submission of online bid on or before time. Bids sent by post/fax or e-mail will not be considered and liable to be rejected.

Time and date for opening of online Bids: 4th May, 2022, at 3:30pm

(If due to any exigency, the due date for opening of the Bids is declared a closed holiday, the Bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time or on any other day/time, as intimated by the customer/buyer).
