Consolidated Monthly Fees of Rs. 93,000/- (Rupees Ninety Three Thousand Only) will be paid per month.

Candidates Are Required To Forward The Scanned Copy Of Application Form Duly Signed And Filled In All Respects Along With Requisite Testimonials As Mentioned Below At The E-Mail Id: [email protected] between 1100 hrs on 20.05.2022 to 1700 hrs on 09.06.2022 with the subject ”Application For The Post Of Factory Medical Officer”.

1. Application form duly signed and filled in all respects.
2. Self-attested recent passport size colour photograph (3.5 X 4.5 cm) of the candidate with white background (.JPEG/ .JPG/ .BMP format size upto 50 KB).
3. MBBS degree certificate.
4. MBBS internship completion certificate.
5. Registration with the Medical Council of India or with the State Medical Council.
6. Degree certificate of Higher/ additional qualification(s) acquired (e.g., MD, etc), if any.
7. Complete and Proper Experience certificates/ Documents issued by the Employer in support of post-qualification experience details mentioned by the candidate in the Application Form.
8. Concerned certificate for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS/ PWD/ Ex-Serviceman, if applicable.
9. NOC/ Forwarding Letter from the employer in case the candidate is employed in Central/ State Government Department, Central/ State PSUs, or Semi-Government organization.
10. Valid Photo ID Proof: PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Aadhar Card/ Driving License etc.
