Age Limit for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the post of Sr.DGM (Civil/Track) is 48 years and for the post of DGM(Civil/Track) is 45 years.

Qualification and Experience for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, the required qualification and experiences as mentioned below-

• Candidate must be B.E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
• Candidate should have experience in the field of Maintenance of Civil Structures like Viaduct/ Tunnel/Metro Stations/ Depots/ Ballasted and Ballast Tracks. Preference will be given to Railway/ Metro Rail Corporation Officials having experience in the Maintenance of Civil Structures or Track.

Experience for SR.DGM(Civil/Track)-

• Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of postqualification executive level experience OR 13 years Post Qualification experience of executive level in Government / PSU’s.
• Candidate should have at least 2 years experience in IDA pay scale of ₹ 70000-200000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale.
• Candidates having experience in the private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing a salary (CTC) of a minimum of Rs. 1,20,000/- per month (approximately).

Experience for DGM (Civil/Track)-

• Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience at the executive level in a reputed private organization of Civil Engineering OR 8 years Post Qualification experience of the executive in Government / PSU’s.
• Should have at least 2 years experience in IDA pay scale of 60000-180000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale.
• Candidates having experience in the private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing a salary (CTC) of a minimum of Rs. 1,00,000 per month (approximately) for the DGM level.

Salary for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary as given below-

• The selected candidates for the post of Sr.DGM (Civil/Track) will get a monthly salary between Rs.80000 to 220000.
• The selected candidates for the post of DGM (Civil/Track) will get a monthly salary between Rs.70000 to 200000.

Tenure for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, the appointment is based on a contract and candidates will be engaged for a minimum of 03 to 05 years as per the standard terms and conditions of GMRC.

Selection Process for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for the date of the interview, venue and time through registered email.
