According to the GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, applications from eligible candidates will be received for the engagement of various posts on a contract basis. There are seven vacancies. Details are given below.

Eligibility for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be hired based on the following terms.

For Chief General Manager/General Manager (Civil)

Candidates should be B.E./ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. He/she should have a minimum of 20 years of Post Qualification experience at the Executive level in a reputed private organization of Civil Construction.

For Additional General Manager (Design)

Candidates should have B.E /B.Tech degree in Civil engineering graduate and M.E./M. Tech. in Structural/Design Engineering from a recognized institution. He/she should have a minimum of 18 years of Post Qualification experience at the executive level in a reputed private organization.

For Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock)

Candidates should have B.E /B.Tech degree in Electrical & Electronics, Power Electronics, or Instrumentation from a recognized institution. He/she should have a minimum of 10 years of Post Qualification experience at the executive level in a reputed private organization.

Age Limit for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates must be between the ages of 32 and 55 to be considered. Officials who recently retired may also apply on a contractual basis, with salary based on consolidated pay on negotiating conditions, up to an age limit of 62 years.

Pay Scale for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, the shortlisted candidates will be offered a monthly salary of up to Rs.2,80,000.

Engagement Period for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be recruited for available vacancies over a three to five-year engagement period under the Organization’s usual terms and conditions.

Selection Procedure for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be selected for vacant positions based on a scheduled interview and an evaluation of their submitted documentation. At the time of the interview, original documents demonstrating qualifications and relevant experience must be presented, and copies of the same must be supplied with the resume.

General Terms for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the GMRC Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates working in Indian Railways/ Metro Rail Organization/State or Central Govt. PSU/Board/Government Organisation may apply on a deputation basis on regular terms and conditions of the parent organisation and other entitlements as per GMRC Ltd governing regulations. The NOC must be presented with the application on or before the interview date. The candidates who have worked in Gujarat State for at least three years and are fluent in Gujarati will be given preference. The management retains the right to choose whether the chosen applicants are fit or not.
