The NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement has occurred with 01 Post and Even Number  01 Vacancy to be filled up on a Deputation Basis narrated hereunder:

Post Nomenclature: Group General Manager (Electrical)

Vacancy: 01 No.

Posting Location: Delhi National Capital Region.  The Job remains Transferable, and the Selected Candidates is liable to be offered Posting/transferred into any of the Offices/Workplaces of NCRTC in the course of their Service.

Appointment Terms: By Deputation. The Normal Term of Deputation, but the period of Deputation will in no case exceed 05 Years.

Monthly Pay under NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

Based on the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Pay Scale/Level accruing to the Group General Manager (Electrical) (E8) shall remain as hereunder:

Required Pay Scale:

I) Currently working in CDA Scales In Pay-Scale Rs. 144200-218200 (L14)

The Pay and Allowances On Deputation shall be regulated as per the DoPT (Department of Personnel & Training) Guidelines. In addition, the Corporation offers Lease, Transport, Medical, Laptop/Mobile handset/Electricity/ Phone Charges, etc., subject to Limits and Other Benefits as per NCRTCs Policy.

Age Limit for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

As per the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Eligible Applicant should be aged as on the Closing Date for Receipt of the Application as hereunder:

Eligibility Criteria for NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

The Eligibility Criteria, in accordance with the NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, comprising Specific Requirements in the case of Deputation Basis Or Absorption Basis should be read as hereunder:

Specific Requirement: Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) Service

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree (B.Engg./ B.Tech.-Electrical) Or Equivalent; Or

Pay Scale: Currently working in Pay-Scale [Rs.144200-218200 (L-14)]/SAG (Senior Administrative Grade)/NF-SAG (Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade)

Experience: The Officer

• should have Minimum 18 Years’ Post-Qualification Experience as Electrical Engineer in Various Work Domains
• should be conversant with functioning in a Computerized Environment

Selection Criteria under NCRTC Recruitment 2023:

The NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification entails the Selection Criteria for Selection on the Group General Manager (Electrical) Post Shortlisting of the Appropriately Suitable Candidates based on the Eligibility Criteria/Work Experience in the relevant field. Such Candidates would be called in for participating in the Viva-voce/Personal Interaction for Assessment of Suitability for the Group General Manager (Electrical) Post.

Deputation Term: The Normal Term of Deputation except the Period of Deputation, will in no case exceed 05 (Five) Years.

Exemption from the Rule of Permanent Absorption: The Department of Personnel and Training vide its Office Memorandum No. AB.14017/86/2007/Establishment (RR) Dated 16.01.2008 has granted Exemption for Deputationist Officers joining the Joint Sector Companies, set up for Metro Projects, from the Rule of Permanent Absorption so long as they are in “Construction Mode”. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) has extended these Instructions for National Capital Region Transport Corporation vide its Letter No. K-14011/17/2016-MRTC-1 Dated 03.01.2017.

The NCRTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Online Application Procedure followed by submission of the duly completed Application in the Offline Mode in the Prescribed Specimen Proforma available herewith. Duly completed Applications of the Eligible Candidates with Interest to be routed through Proper Channel.

An Advance Copy of the Candidate’s Duly Completed Application will be accepted in Online Mode through the Link provided in the “Career Section” of the NCRTC Website. The Candidates should upload Recent Passport-sized Photograph and Signatures (not Older than 03 Months), Scanned Signatures and Scanned Copies of the Supporting Testimonials/Documents in PDF File.

Essential Documents: Applicant’s Duly Completed Application should be annexed with the following Documents:

i) Class 10th Certificate/Birth-Date Certificate

ii) Graduation/Post-Graduation Qualification Certificate.

iii) Appointment Letter along with Joining and Latest Salary Slip of Current Organization.

iv) Experience Certificate/s and Duty Allocation Orders

v) Copies of the Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs)

vi) Office order showing Promotion to Present Grade.

vii) Experience/Service Certificate/Relieving Order issued by Respective Employer/Organization. (Indicating Joining Date, Relieving Date with Designations issued by/obtained from each Organization)

Application without Annexed/Supporting Certificates/Documents, mentioned hereinabove, shall be summarily rejected.

Soon after the Online Application submission, a Printout of the same accompanying Supporting Documents, should be sent to the Following Address through Post/In-Person/By Hand within 05 Days from the Closing Date of the Application.
