Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2023: Goa Shipyard Limited is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Chief General Manager, Additional General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager and Deputy General Manager. As mentioned in the official notification of Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2023, there are 11 vacancies for the mentioned position. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned opportunities is 36 to 54 years. The educational qualification and experience required for applying for the mentioned position is different for each post (mentioned below). The posts of Chief General Manager, Additional General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager are on Regular Employment basis and the post of Cheif General Manager (Technical) and Deputy General Manager (Coordination) are purely on Fixed Term Employment basis, initially for a period of 03 years. It may further be extended for a maximum upto 2 years depending upon the requirement of the organization and the performance of the individual. The candidates should have relevant years of experience in their appropriate field. Post graduate integrated Degree Courses will also be allowed for Engineering Disciplines in Technical posts. The integrated Professional Technical qualification should be of 05 years duration after 10+2 qualification. Relaxation in age limit for SC/ OBC/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Ex-Agniveer will be as per Government of India guidelines in force.

Chief General Manager (HR and A):

The candidates should have graduated in any discipline with 2 years full-time regular MBA/ MSW/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma from a recognized University/AICTE-approved institution with specialization in HRM/ IR/ Personnel Management/ Labour and Social Welfare/ Labour Studies/ Social Work.

Desirable Qualification:

The candidates should be Graduate in Engineering with Degree/ Diploma course in Labour Laws / Training and Development OR LL.B/ B.L.

Essential Work Experience:

The candidates should have minimum 23 years post-qualification relevant work experience in managing the HR functions like Policy formulation/ Talent Acquisition/ Retention Management/ Leadership Development/ Training and Development/ PMS/ Wage and Salary Administration/ Industrial Relations/ Disciplinary matters/ Establishment Matters/ Welfare Administration/ Role Profiling and Competency Mapping/ HRIS/ Contract Labour Management/ Compliance of statutory requirement including Labour Laws, RTI / Conduct Discipline and Appeal Rules/ CSR etc.

Desirable Experience:

The candidates must have Experience in Developing Vision, Mission, Core values, and other strategic HR initiatives like Talent Nurturing and Management, Diversity Management, Employee Counselling, Designing Employee engagement practices, and implementation of innovative global HR practices. Knowledge of Government rules and regulations as applicable to CPSEs. Experience in PSU will be preferred.

Additional General Manager (HR):

The candidates should have graduated in any discipline with 2 years full-time Regular MBA/ MSW/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma from a recognized University/AICTE-approved institution with specialization in HRM/ IR/ Personnel Management/ Labour and Social Welfare/ Labour Studies/ Social Work.

Desirable Qualification:

The candidates should be Graduates in Engineering with a Degree/ Diploma course in Labour Laws/ Training and Development OR LL.B/ B.L.

Desirable Qualification:

The candidates should have done certificate course in fire fighting/ Safety and Security/ disaster /crisis management/ event management / contract management /logistics management/ Diploma in Fire Fighting from Fire Institute of Engineering.

Essential Work Experience:

The candidates should have a minimum 10 years Post qualification relevant work experience in General Administrative Functions.

Desirable Experience:

The candidates should have experience in Security, Housekeeping, Fire, implementation of Rajbhasha, Transport administration, event management, logistics, contract management, facility management etc.
