The position requires candidates to assist clients with due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessment services by gathering information on specific targets (individuals/ entities) in order to highlight any red flags in order to enable the client to identify issues of concern and manage their risk, especially integrity, reputation and background risks.

What will you be doing:

The position is apt for people inclined towards desktop research using multiple proprietary databases and secondary sources.

Knowledge of various red flags while entering into third-party relations.

Knowledge of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines.

Are willing to learn and go the ‘extra mile’ to achieve client delight.

Excellent communication skill (English).

Proficiency in MS Office.

Hardworking, Adaptable and Quick learner

Qualifications for this Job:

Experience: Must have 3+ years of experience in the field of Third-Party Due Diligence, Counter Party Due Diligence, Corporate Intelligence, Secondary Research

Education: Must have Graduate/post-graduate in any Discipline.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) – English.

Ability to write quality reports

Ability to work independently and make presentations
