Govt. of NCT of Delhi Recruitment 2022: The Government of NCT of Delhi has invited applications from eligible candidates to fill up the post of Director (Finance) in IPGCL/PPCL. The vacancy shall be filled up on a ‘Deputation’ basis. There is only one vacancy for the post. The Period of deputation including the period of deputation/contract in another ex-cadre post in the same or some other organization/ department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years.

The age of the candidate shall be a minimum of 45 years and the Maximum age should be 2 years of residual service as on the closing date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation. Qualification for Govt. of NCT of Delhi Recruitment 2022:

(i) The applicant should be a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or a full-time MBA/ PGDM course with a good academic record from a recognized University /Institution.

(ii) Officers of Organized Group-‘A’ Accounts services [i.e. Indian Revenue Services (IRS), Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian P&T Accounts & Finance Service and Indian, Cost Accounts Service] working in” the appropriate level are exempted from these educations qualifications.

(iii) Further, applicants from the Central Govt./State Govt./ Armed Forces of the Union/ All India Services, will also be exempted from the educational qualifications as per (i) above provided the applicants have ‘the relevant experience’ as mentioned in para B (iii) below.

(iv) Public Sector Power Companies/Central & State Level PSUs/Statutory or autonomous organizations under Central/State Governments and (ii) Private Sector (The listed company where the annual turnover is Rs.1,000 crore or more).

Experience for Govt. of NCT of Delhi Recruitment 2022:

(i) The applicant should have at least 15 years of total experience including 05 years of experience at a senior level in the area of Corporate Financial Management/Corporate Accounts in an organization of repute.

(ii) Applicants from organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Services should have at least 15 years of total experience including 05 years of experience at a senior level in the area of Corporate Financial Management/Corporate Accounts.

(iii) The relevant experience in respect of applicants from the Central Government/ State Govt./ All India Services would include at least seven years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last 15 years in the area of Corporate Financial Management/ Corporate Accounts.

Tenure for Govt. of NCT of Delhi Recruitment 2022:

Period of deputation including period of deputation/contract in another ex-cadre post held immediately after proceedings of their appointment in the same or some other organization/ department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years.

Pay Scale for Govt. of NCT of Delhi Recruitment 2022:

Level 16 of 7th CPC (Pre-revised scale Rs. 75,500 – 80,000) with an increment of 3% per annum with Nil Grade Pay.

Conditions:

The applicant for this post should be drawing pay in the (pre­revised Grade Pay – 8900) Level 13A or equivalent in his department/ organization.

Applicants from State PSEs/CPSEs/Private Sector should be working at least a post of the level immediately below the Board level.
