GPSC CCE 2023: Prelims Result Declared, Check Category-wise Cut-Off Marks, How to Download Result
GPSC CCE Result 2023: The Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Class 1, 2 prelims result for 2023 has been released by the Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC). A total of 3,806 candidates have qualified to take the mains exam. Candidates who took the CCE preliminary exam can access their results on the official website. The CCE Prelims cut-off scores to qualify for the Mains examination have also been released by GPSC. In accordance with the rules of the examination, all the shortlisted candidates have to apply again for admission to the main examination in the detailed application form, as per the instruction of the commission.
The GPSC conducted the prelims written examination for Gujarat Administrative Service, Class-1, Gujarat Civil Services, Class-1 & Class-2, and Gujarat Municipal Chief Officer Service, Class-2, on 8th January 2023. The prelims exam consisted of two papers. The GPSC released the final answer key for both papers conducted in various series on its official website on 10th April 2023, after which the candidates were eagerly waiting for the prelims result.
GPSC has released the category-wise cut-off marks along with the prelims result. Cut-off marks simply mean the minimum marks required for a candidate belonging to a particular category to qualify for the Mains exam. The category-wise cut-off marks have been listed below:
According to GPSC, if the cut-off marks of applicants in general categories are higher than those of reserved categories, then in such cases, the cut-off marks are being lowered and made equivalent to the cut-off marks of general category candidates. Accordingly in this GPSC CCE, 2023 prelims result the General Category (Male) Cut-Off Marks is 184.77, while the EWS (Male), SEBC (Male), and SC (Male) Cut-Off Marks were 218.01, 207.71, and 209.41 respectively. As a result, the cut-off marks for applicants in the EWS (Male), SEBC (Male), and SC (Male) categories have been decreased to 184.77 marks, which is the same as the General (Male) cut-off mark.

Step 2: Click on the link available on the homepage for – Eligibility List (Main)
Step 3: A Pdf file will open on the screen
Step 4: Search for your Roll No. by pressing Ctrl+F
Step 5: The Roll No. will be highlighted if it is present in the list.
