Educational and Other Qualifications for Mamlatdar/Joint Mamlatdar/Vigilance Officer Posts:

Essential: i) Bachelor of Legal Laws/Degree in Law from any Duly Recognised University.

ii) Knowledge of Local Revenue Laws, the Laws governing maintenance of Law and Order, Planning and Development Works.
iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi

Educational and Other Qualifications:

Essential: i) First Class Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in the Appropriate Branch in Engineering/Technology or Equivalent either at Bachelor’s or Master’s Level and Philosophiae Doctor (Ph.D.) or Equivalent, in the Appropriate discipline in Engineering/Technology. Or

First Class Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Appropriate Branch in Engineering/Technology with or Equivalent either at Bachelor’s or Master’s Level.

ii) Minimum 10 Years’ Relevant Experience in Teaching/Research/Industry out of which Minimum 03 Years should have been at the Level of Head of Department or Equivalent thereto.

iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

ii) Lecturer in Medicine (01 Vacancy) Pay Scale: in Pay Matrix Level-11

Eligibility:

Assistant Professor (Cardiac Anaesthesiology/Endocrinology)

Educational & Other Qualifications:

i) Any Recognized Medical Qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule

(ii) Post-Graduate Degree or Equivalent Qualification in the Specialty concerned from any National Medical Commission (then Medical Council of India) recognized Medical College/Institution.

iii) Minimum 01 Year’s Teaching or Research Experience in any Duly Recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution in the Subject of Super-Specialty post obtaining the Qualifying Degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.).

iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Educational & Other Qualifications (Lecturer in Medicine):

i) Any Recognized Medical Qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule

(ii) Post-Graduate Degree or Equivalent Qualification in the Specialty concerned from any National Medical Commission (then Medical Council of India) recognized Medical College/Institution.

iii) Minimum 03 Years’ Teaching Experience in the Subject of Specialty concerned as a Senior Resident/Registrar/ Tutor/Demonstrator in a Medical College/Teaching Institution.

iv) Knowledge of Konkani.

05) Directorate of Higher Education (DHE)

i) Assistant Professor in Harmonium in Goa College of Music (01 Vacancy for Un-Reserved Category Candidate)

Eligibility:

Age Limits: General Merit Candidates should Not Exceed (Maximum) 45 Years. Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per Rule.

Educational & Other Qualifications:

i) Good Academic Record with Minimum 55% Marks or Equivalent Grade at Master’s Degree Level in the Relevant Subject from any Indian University or any Equivalent Degree from any Foreign University.

ii) National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET) remain the Compulsory Requirement for Appointment as Assistant Professor.

iii) Knowledge of Konkani.

Desirable: i) Philosophiae Dctor (Ph.D.) or Magister de Philosophy (M.Phil.) in the Relevant Subject.
