Novartis is hiring an experienced Data Analyst, Digital Finance at their Hyderabad location. You will be responsible for extracting data from various sources, using the QlikSense script editor, managing QlikSense Servers, designing dashboards, and creating various QlikSense solutions

What will you be doing:

Coordinating with other BI development and ETL team for the development and deployment of Qlik Sense applications across different environments

Responsible for providing technical solution for Qlik Sense Business Intelligence platform, ensuring continuous availability

Expertise in Qlik Sense web integration, advanced SQL knowledge, Stored Procs, SQL scripting, nested selection, stored procedures, triggers, analytic functions, tuning etc.

Developing new visualization capabilities beyond static reports and spreadsheets (focus on Qlik Sense & Tellius).

Develop and maintain data models, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.

Transform raw data into impactful business insights, develop and optimize the data extraction, transformation and reporting process.

Hands on with Model N application for US pharma industry, Python/C# knowledge is an added advantage

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelors/master’s in technology / MBA (Finance) (University degree required)

1-4 years relevant experience in Qlik Sense

Hands on with Model N application for US pharma industry, Python/C# knowledge is an added advantage.

Qlik Sense/Tellius, SQL on Oracle or Snowflake,
Alteryx/Tableau, Programming skills in Python/R/C#

S. Healthcare Business Acumen & Industry Knowledge.

Knowledge about the U.S. drug reimbursement system involving wholesalers, GPOs, PBMs, CMS and State Medicaid agencies

Understanding of U.S. healthcare industry marketing and sales concepts and practices

Proven ability to apply analytical and creative thoughts.

Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind.
