Optum is hiring an experienced Senior ERP Analyst – Workday HCM at their Hyderabad location. You will design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance Resolve production issues as well as guiding the team in solving Incidents/problems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Participation in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation related to Business Processes, Security and Reporting. Configure Workday core Systems
• Configure business process changes and maintain domain security
• Configure new user/role based security group for access management
• Be well versed with Inbound Outbound EIB s. Focus on Continuous improvement of HR Systems Processes
• Manage and maintain additional HR IT systems This entails providing level 1, 2 support, working with IT and the application providers on functionality enhancements, testing and configuring changes, and communication to users
• Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including Business, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors
• Provide ad hoc and/or structured training for modules mentioned above
• Design deploy user-friendly mechanisms for stakeholders to be able to produce informative HR data on a self-service basis
• Ad hoc reporting as required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Solid functional knowledge for Core HCM including:
  • Supervisory organizations
  • Compensation
  • Security
  • Business Process
  • Reporting
  • Knowledge debugging issues like:
  • Extensions
  • Move Workers processes
• Business Processes configuration/Modifications/Enhancements
• Setup Workday Security/ Domain Policies/ Business Process policies
• Compensation plans/ Payments/Elements/Eligibility Rules
• Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques
• Knowledge with core HR, Recruiting, Performance/Talent, Profiles, Benefits, Training administration, Position management, Time Tracking, Security administration and customized bolt on modules to the delivered
• Knowledge with stakeholder management
• Knowledge with reporting
• Knowledge with tools – XML, XSLT and XPATH
• Knowledge with studio
• Knowledge with API/Web Services
• Knowledge with BIRT
• Knowledge with EIB
• Knowledge with PECI
• Knowledge with Integration Template / Connectors
• Knowledge with Security
• Knowledge with Advance Reports
• Knowledge with CALC Fields
