Overview:

United Airlines is hiring an experienced Senior Analyst – Tech Ops Maintenance Asset Verification at their Gurugram location. Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more.

What will you be doing:

Responsible for all post-physical inventory tasks: Reconcile all data, resolve issues with transactional discipline and historical reports, manage the approval process, communicate to the appropriate customers, and book all transactions for visibility

Utilize new and legacy company systems to complete tasks

Responsible for all pre-physical inventory tasks Compile the initial pre-physical inventory paper package documents to supports

Utilize new and legacy company systems to complete tasks

Review existing reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to modify, enhance, and develop new reports and metrics

Prepare and deliver presentations on operational performance to team leaders

Support in developing and driving process improvements and best practices via use of technology

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field like math, statistics, operations research, computer science, engineering, or related field required

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Able to summarize and visualize data (i.e., Spotfire, Tableau)

High competency in SQL system required

Understanding of relational database structures

Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship

Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

2+ experience in airline or manufacturing

Understanding of airline operations, supply chain and inventory planning
