GRSE Recruitment 2023: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE), Kolkata has invited Online Applications from Experienced Professionals duly meeting the Eligibility Criteria for Multiple Posts; viz., 01) Addl General Manager, 02) Dy General Manager and other Posts for Appointments on Full-Time Contractual Basis and other than Regular Basis. There are 11 Vacancies to be filled up with Appointments on 1) Additional General Managers (AGMs), Deputy General Managers (DGMs), Senior Manager, Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers under varying Pay Scales mentioned in this GRSE Recruitment 2023 Notification.
Eligible Candidates, those willing to be Applicants for the Opted Posts should complete the Online Registration/Application Submission Process up to the Last Date 6th February 2023 (06.02.2023). As per the GRSE Recruitment 2023 Notification, The Last Date for the Candidate’s signed Hard Copy of the Online Application Format together with the Mandatory Documents should be receivable up to 13th February 2023 (13.02.2023) in the Human Resources Department, M/s Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd.

*Note: As per the GRSE Recruitment 2023, For the Posts on Fixed Term Contractual Basis, the Employees engaged on Fixed Term Contractual Basis cannot claim permanency and will not be considered for Promotion. However, in later part of Recruitment, if it was noticed that that Requirement will be for a Longer Tenure, then they might be absorbed in the Permanent Roll based on the Proven Track record of their Individual performance and subject to Organizational Requirement and availability of Vacancies. Maximum 50% of such Recruitees could be absorbed in the Equivalent Induction Grade in Officer Category.
01: Additional General Manager (E-6) Human Resources:
Educational Qualifications: Full Time Graduate with 02 Years’ Full Time MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma or Equivalent in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/ Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare with 55% Overall Marks.
02) Additional General Manager (E-6) (Technical Scale)
Appointment: Full-Time Contractual Basis (Initially 03Years and subsequently extendable by 02 Years, up to 05 Years)
Educational Qualification: 04-Years’ Full Time Degree in Engineering /Equivalent with First Class or 60% Overall Marks in the discipline of Mechanical/Naval Architecture/ Production/
Electrical/ Electronics.

08) Deputy Manager (E-2) Finance
Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
09) Deputy Manager (E-2) Human Resources
Educational Qualification: Full-Time Graduate with 02 Years’ Full Time MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma/Equivalent in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/Social Work/Labour Welfare with 55% Overall Marks
10) Deputy Manager (E-2) Full-Time Contractual Basis (03 Years, +02 Years up to 05 Years) Medical
Educational Qualification: MBBS Degree from any the Medical Council of India (MCI) Accredited University.
11) Assistant Manager (E-1) Electrical
Eligibility: Educational Qualification: Four Years full time degree in Engineering in the discipline of Electrical or equivalent with 60% Overall Marks.
The Selection for all Posts except Assistant Manager Positions will be carried through Interview only.
*Note: For Posts 02, 04, 05, 06 and 10, Appointment shall be conducted on Full-Time Contractual Basis (Initially 03Years and subsequently extendable by 02 Years, up to 05 Years)
The Selection Process for Assistant Manager Post involves i) Written Test for 85 Marks (Tentatively Scheduled in February Month 2023) in Kolkata and subsequent Interview for the Shortlisted Candidates.
Application Fee shall be paid by the Following:
i) UR/EWS/OBC (and Others mentioned in the GRSE Recruitment 2023 Notification): Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred) only to be remitted in the Online Mode through any of the Payment Gateways.
ii) Both Reserved (SC/ST/PwBDs) Community Applicants and Internal Candidates are exempted from Payment of the Application Fee.
