GST Demand of Radio City FM reduced to zero via rectification order
Music Broadcast Limited is an Indian media company that operates private FM radio stations under the established brand Radio City. As a subsidiary of Jagran Prakashan Limited (JPL), it was the first private FM radio broadcaster in india. It recently issued a disclosure to NSE Ltd and BSE Ltd regarding receipt of a rectification order.
The company stated that it has received a rectification order dated March 19, 2026, from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Jurisdiction), whereby the demand of Rs 89,63,361, including penalty, has been reduced to zero.
