The Department of Trade and Taxes has released an order on overtime working of GST officers to clear Pending Orders for the Year 2018-19.
The Order Read as follows:
The Office shall remain open on Saturday (09.03.2024) and Sunday (10.03.2024), to clear pendency relating to time barring GST assessment cases pertaining to the period 2018-2019. All the officers and officials posted in wards may attend office on Saturday (09.03.2024) and Sunday (10.03.2024), voluntarily, to clear the pendency.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
