Question :What is the due date of filing GSTR 3B Answer : Due date for filing GSTR 3B is 20th August 2017 for the month of July and 20th September for the month of August.

Question : Once GSTR-3B is filed, is it necessary to file GSTR -1, GSTR -2 and GSTR -3 for the first two months Answer : Yes, it is necessary to file GSTR -1, GSTR -2 and GSTR -3on the revised due dates which will provide relaxation of 25 additional days for the month of July and 10 additional days for the month of August.GSTR -3B is not a substitute forGSTR -1, GSTR -2 and GSTR -3. In addition to the relaxation in due dates, no late fees and penalty would be levied for slippage in return filing for the interim period.
