GST Refund drive organized by Haryana Government to expedite GST Refund Process

Refund is an integral part of the GST framework and it should be provided to the taxpayers within the time period stipulated under the GST Act. In order to improve ease of doing business and ensure quick sanctioning of refunds, the Government of Haryana has initiated a one-month refund drive to expedite the processing and sanctioning of GST refunds. The aim is to ensure that there shall be zero pendency for all refunds and field formations have been directed to ensure that no refund proceedings shall be pending for more than 60 days. The drive shall end on 8th December 2021.
