Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) is looking for eligible candidates for the positions of Project Scientific Officer, Project Scientific Assistant and Tradesman Trainee. For the mentioned post, there are 05 vacancies.

Salary for HBCSE Recruitment 2024:

The salary offered to the selected candidate for HBCSE Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Project Scientific Officer- E–

• The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 1,29,000 (Incl. of HRA Rs. 19,148)

Project Scientific Assistant- B-

• The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 58,400 (Incl. of HRA Rs. 8,602 ) 

Tradesman Trainee (Plumbing)-

• The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 18,500.

Age Limit for HBCSE Recruitment 2024:

The age restrictions for HBCSE Recruitment 2024 is given below-

Project Scientific Officer–

• The maximum age limit is 40 years.

Project Scientific Assistant and Tradesman Trainee-

• The maximum age limit is 28 years.

Qualification for HBCSE Recruitment 2024:

The given below are the Qualification for HBCSE Recruitment 2024.

Project Scientific Officer- E-

• Candidates must have Ph.D. in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Science/ Mathematics Education or a related field from a recognized University/Institute.
• Candidates must have 7 (Seven) years’ experience in the field of educational material development, teaching, education research, social or developmental projects, post Ph.D.

Project Scientific Assistant- B

• Candidates must have Full-time B.Sc./ B.S. (in any stream of Science or Mathematics) from a recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Candidates must have Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
• Candidates must have 0 – 1 year post qualification experience in the field of educational material development, teaching, education research and social or developmental projects

Project Scientific Assistant- B

• Candidates must have Full-time B.Sc./ B.S. (Physics, Electronics, Astronomy/ Astrophysics, or other equivalent subjects) from a
  recognized University/Institute with an aggregate of at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Candidates must have Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
• Candidates must have 0-2 years’ experience as per the requirement.

Tradesman Trainee- Plumbing

• Candidates must have done ITI i.e. National Trade Certificate (NTC) (aggregate of 60% marks) awarded by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in ‘Plumber’.
