HCIL Recruitment 2023: Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCIL) has released a notification regarding hiring candidates for the post of Shift In Charge, Commis I, Executive Butler, Bartender/ Sommelier, Supervisor- Housekeeping & Stewarding, Culinary Associates, Associate – F&B Services, Lounge Hostess, Driver and Associate Stewarding on a contract basis. As per the HCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 67 Vacancies. Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year.
Hotel Corporation of India Limited (HCIL) operates The Centaur Hotel New Delhi, Centaur Lake View Hotel Srinagar, Chefair Delhi, Chefair Mumbai, and two Airport Lounges at T3, IGI Airport, New Delhi. As per the HCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 40000. The maximum age limit for all posts except Associate – F&B Services and Lounge Hostess is 40 years and the maximum age limit for the post of Associate – F&B Services and Lounge Hostess is 35 years. Interested and eligible candidates have to attend the walk-in interview at Centaur Hotel, IGI Airport, New Delhi 110037. As per the HCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the interview will be held on 20 and 21 April 2023.

Shift In Charge
Candidates should have graduated with a certification in F&B with a minimum of 3 years in the F&B industry. Preference will be given to those with prior experience of working in an airport lounge.
Commis I
Candidates should have graduated with a certification in Food Production with a minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry/flight kitchen/ institutional catering/cloud kitchen OR a Minimum 10+2 with a certification in culinary arts and a minimum of 5 years experience in the food production department of a major chain of hotels/hotel of repute.
Executive Butler
Candidates should have graduated with a formal training program OR Diploma in Hotel Management and a minimum of 1 year as a Butler in the hospitality industry, cruise liner, etc. In addition, be able to work well with others and demonstrate a high degree of emotional & social quotient, the incumbent will have excellent verbal communication skills, active listening skills, problem-solving & customer service skills and remains calm in stressful situations.
Bartender/ Sommelier
Candidates should have graduated with a Bartender course OR Diploma in Hotel Management and a minimum of 1 year as a Bartender in an F&B outlet of repute. Preference will be given to those with prior experience of working in an airport lounge.
Supervisor- Housekeeping & Stewarding
Candidates should have graduated with 2 years of Housekeeping experience in a hotel/restaurant, etc. OR 10+2 with a certification in Housekeeping and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed hotel/restaurant/Lounge/flight kitchen/facility management service organization.

Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 20000.
As per the HCIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the maximum age limit for all posts except Associate – F&B Services and Lounge Hostess is 40 years and the maximum age limit for the post of Associate – F&B Services and Lounge Hostess is 35 years.
Selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 01 year for T3 Lounges. The Fixed Term Contract shall be extendable every year for a maximum of 2 years based on annual performance.
