HCL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Deputy Manager/Senior Manager and Management Trainee (MT)/Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). According to the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, there are a total of 24 vacancies for the given posts. According to the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit to apply for Graduate Engineer Trainee/Management Trainee is 28 years, for Senior Manager is 47 years and for Deputy Manager is 40 years. As per the official notification of HCL recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 180000.
Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is a vertically integrated, multi-Unit, Schedule-A Miniratna Category – I Central Public Sector Enterprise in the field of Copper Mining & Production. Candidates will be selected on the basis of computer-based online tests and interviews. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can apply online through the official website of HCL. Candidates belonging to the General, OBC & EWS categories have to pay Rs. 500 as the application fee and all other candidates are exempted from payment of fee including PwBDs.

Age relaxation will be given as below-
For SC/ST – 5 years
For OBC – 3 years
For PWD- General/EWS – 10 years
For PWD- OBC – 13 years
For PWD- SC/ST – 15 years
For ex-servicemen – As per the government guidelines
According to the official notification of HCL recruitment 2023, candidates must have the given below qualifications-
For Senior Manager (Geology)-
The candidate should have Post Graduate Degree in Geology.
For Deputy Manager (Survey)-
The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering with a Surveyors Certificate of Competency or M. Tech (Geomatics).
For Deputy Manager (Electrical)-
The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electrical / Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication).
For Deputy Manager (R&D)-
The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology or Post-Graduate qualification in Chemistry (Preferably with a specialization in Inorganic Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry).
For Deputy Manager (M&C)-
The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Materials Management or MBA with a specialization in Materials Management.
For MT (Finance)-
The candidate should have CA/ICWA or MBA (Finance) from a recognized Institution.
For MT (HR)-
The candidate should have Two years of full-time Post Graduation Degrees or Diplomas from Recognized Institution in HR / Personnel.
For MT (Law)-
The candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Law including five years of integrated LLB.
For MT (M&C)-
The candidate should have Two years of full-time Post Graduation Degrees or diplomas from a Recognized institution in Materials.
For GET (Electrical)-
The candidate should have Full-time Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology (Electrical).
For GET (Mechanical)-
The candidate should have Full-time Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery.
According to the notification of HCL recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-
For Senior Manager-
Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 60000 to Rs. 180000.
For Deputy Manager-
Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000.
For MT/GET-
Candidates will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 40000 to Rs. 140000.
According to the notification of HCL recruitment 2023, the selection Procedure is mentioned below:-
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online tests and interviews. The minimum qualifying marks out of aggregate marks prescribed in CBT for short-listing candidates for Personal Interviews shall be 30% for candidates belonging to General (Unreserved) / OBC categories and 20% for those belonging to SC / ST / PwD categories.
Candidates will be called for Personal Interviews in a ratio of 1:5; i.e., for each advertised vacancy, 05 candidates will be called for Personal Interviews.
As per the HCL recruitment 2023 notification, interested candidates can apply online through the official website of HCL. Candidates belonging to the General, OBC & EWS categories have to pay Rs. 500 as the application fee and all other candidates are exempted from payment of fee including PwBDs.
