HCL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), Kolkata has invited Applications from the Deemed to be Eligible Experienced Officers for filling up 02 Posts i) Executive Director (E-9 Grade) and ii) General Manager (E-8 Grade) on Deputation Basis. There are 02 Vacancies to be filled up with Appointments of the Eligible Officers in the Positions; 1) Executive Director and 2) General Manager.
As per the HCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Officers Eligible for both Posts willing to be Applicants may submit their respective Applications Before or On the Closing Date of 13th February 2023 (13.02.2023).
i) Executive Director (E-9 Grade) – 01
ii) General Manager (E-8 Grade) – 01
The Officers (as on 01.12.2023) should be aged as follows:
01) Executive Director (E-9 Level): Maximum age limit is 56 Years
02) General Manager (E-8 Level): Maximum age limit is 55 Years
According to HCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, The Officers should be aged as follows:
01) Executive Director (E-9 Level): Rs.1.50 Lac to Rs.3.00 Lac Per Month and Immediate Below Pay Scale shall remain Rs.1.20 Lac to Rs.2.80 Lac Per Month.
02) General Manager (E-8 Level): Rs.1.20 Lac to Rs.2.80 Lac Per Month and Immediate Below Pay Scale shall remain Rs.1.00 Lac to Rs.2.60 Lac Per Month.
Note: The Candidates are advised to read the Cadre/Discipline-wise Preferable Experience.
Preferred Cadre-wise Experience for all 03 Posts involves 05-Years Experience in the relevant to the Posts.
i) Candidate/s must be working in the Parallel Pay Scale and Grade in the relevant Cadre. Or
ii) Candidate must have completed 02 Years’ Service in the Immediate Below Pay Scale in the relevant Cadre.
As per the HCL Recruitment 2023 Notification, the Shortlisting Criteria are as followed:
a) Experience: 01 Mark shall be awarded to the Candidate per completed Year of Relevant Experience beyond the Minimum Requirement, limited to 05 Marks.
b) Working in the same Grade and Pay Scale: The Candidates in the Same Grade and Pay Scale OF the Advertised post shall be awarded a 01 Mark.
c) Additional Qualification(s): For every Additional Qualification (Degree/Post Graduate Diploma) over the Minimum Essential Qualification, only in the relevant discipline (of the Advertised post): 01 Mark subject to Maximum 02 Marks.
Selection for the Posts shall be carried through on the basis of the Candidate’s Performance in the Personal interview.
Duly constituted Selection Committee, post Shortlisting of the Eligible Candidates shall summon such Officers to appear for Personal Interviews (PIs) in the ratio of 1:5 subject to a Minimum of 10 or as per HCL decision.
