HCL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the Post of Assistant Foreman (Mining) and Mining Mate Grade-I. According to the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, there are 26 vacancies for the mentioned positions. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have at least 03 to 06 years of work experience. The candidates should have a Diploma in Mining Engineering and Matric. The candidates applying for the post of Assistant Foreman (Mining) should have Planning and Co-ordinating abilities, Initiative, Leadership and good control over essentials and the candidates applying for the post of Mining Mate Grade-I should have good leadership and control over labour, good physique and capacity for sustained work essential. The maximum age limit for applying for the mentioned position is 35 years. The maximum age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates. Candidates selected as Assistant Foreman (Mining) and Mining Mate Grade-I will be on probation for a period of Six months. In accordance with the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2023, the candidates selected as Assistant Foreman (Mining) and Mining Mate Grade-I will be on probation for a period of Six months. On successful completion of the probation period, they will be confirmed to the post.
