CCI Recruitment 2023: The Office of Joint Director, Competition Commission of India (CCI), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, (Government of India) has sought Applications from the Officers with Eligibility for Appointment on the Post Director General Post on Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) Basis vide this CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum Dated 26.07.2023. The CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notice has occurred for 01 Post Director General to be filled up through the Deputation Process in the Competition Commission of India. Based on the CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, the Director General Post shall be filled up in the Pay Matrix Level 15 (Rs. 182200-224100). The CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification considers the Officers under the Central Government/State Government Eligible to apply for CCI Director General Post on Deputation (Foreign Service Terms) Basis.
Appointment Criteria: The Candidates willing to be considered Eligible for Appointment to the Director General Post must be of Integrity and Outstanding Ability with Experience in Investigation and Knowledge of Accountancy, Management, Business, Public Administration, International Trade, Law Or Economics. The CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Employment Notification has mandated the Central Government or State Government to apply as per the Prescribed Specimen Proforma through Proper Channel. As has been notified in the CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum, the Last Date for receipt of duly completed Applications from the Eligible Applicant Officer is 15.09.2023. The Cadre Controlling Authority may forward the duly completed Applications of the Willing Officers in the Prescribed Application Proforma latest by 15.09.2023.

According to the CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officer appointed as Director General (Foreign Service Terms) Basis will be entitled to a Monthly Salary under the Pay Matrix Level notified hereunder.

Based on the CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum, the Maximum Age Limit as on the Closing Date for receipt of the Application is as follows:

The Eligibility Criteria for Director General Post notified vide the CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum should have gained, is as follows:
a) The Officials under the Central Government Or State Government:
a-i) holding Analogous Posts on a Regular Basis; Or
ii) With 03 Years’ Service in the Post on a Regular Basis in the Posts Pay Matrix Level-14 (Rs.144200-218200) Or Equivalent; and
b) The Candidates willing to be considered Eligible for Appointment on Director General Post must be of Integrity and Outstanding Ability with Experience in Investigation and Knowledge of Accountancy, Management, Business, Public Administration, International Trade, Law Or Economics.
As per the CCI Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Selection for Director General Post shall be carried through Viva-voce. The Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the Mandatory Overall Eligibility will be called to appear for Viva-voce.
Deputation Period: The Period of Deputation, including the Deputation (Including Short-Term Contractual) Basis Including the Deputation Period in another Ex-Cadre Post held immediately preceding this Appointment in the same or some other Organization/Department of the Central Government, shall ordinarily not exceed 03 Years.
The Tenure Deputation shall be Initially for 03-Years or until Further Orders, whichever being Earlier. Other Terms and Conditions of Service shall be governed by the Office Memorandum No. 6/8/2009-Establishment (Pay-II) dated 17th June 2010 (17.06.2010), as amended from time to time as well as by the Government of India Notification No. GSR 338 (E) Dated 15.05.2009.
According to the CCI Recruitment 2023 Official Memorandum, the Cadre Controlling Authority in the Employment Department may forward through ‘Proper Channel’ the duly completed Application (in the Prescribed Proforma) of the Willing and Eligible Candidates, whose services may be spared immediately upon Selection. The Candidate’s duly completed Applications must accompany all the Mandatory Documents; comprising the following Testimonials:
i) Cadre Clearance
ii) Vigilance Clearance
iii) Integrity Certificate duly signed by an Officer Not Below the Deputy Secretary (Rank) to the Government of India according to Page 04 of the Annexure-II together with
iv) the Attested Copies of Previous 05-Years’ Up-to-Date APARs (Annual Performance Appraisal Reports) enclosed in a Sealed Envelope should be dispatched ensuring receipt of the Document latest by 15.09.2023.
