Roles and Responsibilities

• You would be managing end to end order management and customer engagement for Greater Asia channel partners
• Deliver enhanced partner experience on aspects of order processing. Responsible to ensure high customer satisfaction scores related to OM
• Collaborate with all key stakeholders on an ongoing basis to meet partner requirements
• Strong adherence to OM policies and assistance during audits
• E2e ownership of accounts managed

You would be the right if you have:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent understanding and 2+ years’ experience in order management process
• Advanced written and verbal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
