HPCL Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is inviting applications from willing, qualified, and deserving candidates for the Graduate Apprentices (Engineering) under various disciplines of engineering such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer Science/IT and Petroleum Engineering. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. Candidates applying for the post must have a minimum and maximum of 18 to 25 years of age respectively. Candidates have been provided with the age relaxation of 5 and 3 years for SC/ST and OBC-NC categories respectively.
Following the official notification of HPCL Recruitment 2025, The engagement as Apprentice Trainees for Engineering Graduates will be for a period of One Year only. Candidates chosen for the Apprenticeship can be paid a monthly stipend of upto Rs. 25000 (Rs 20,500 will be paid by HPCL & Rs 4500 will be directly paid to apprentices by GOI as per the DBT scheme).
