Probation Period for HPLNG Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for HPLNG Recruitment 2024 will be engaged for a period of 01 year from the Date of Joining. Upon successful completion of the Probation period, the officer will be considered for confirmation as per company policy. The place of posting will be at Greenfield LNG Terminal at Chhara, District Gir-Somnath, Gujarat, India. Positions based at Chhara may involve working shift duties.

Qualification and Experience for HPLNG Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to HPLNG Recruitment 2024 as described below-

For Group Manager-Safety-

• The applicant must have 04 years of full-time regular engineering degree in Fire and Safety or 04 years of full-time regular engineering degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation and a Diploma in Industrial Safety from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with a minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 09 years of experience in Safety Management of which 03 years of experience in the Large Hydrocarbons Sector is mandatory.
• The applicant must have 01-02 years of experience in the LNG sector will be preferred.
• The applicant must have experience in monitoring plant safety, systems related to safety, health and environment and thorough knowledge of the potentially hazardous situation and control thereof in the Oil and Gas Sector.
• The applicant must have adequate Knowledge of Gujarati Language.

For Senior Officer-Safety-

• The applicant must have 04 years of full-time regular engineering degree in Fire and Safety or 04 years of full-time regular engineering degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation and a Diploma in Industrial Safety from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with a minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 02 years of experience in Safety Management of which 01 year of experience in the Large Hydrocarbons Sector is mandatory.
• The applicant must have experience in the LNG sector will be preferred.

• The applicant must have Adequate Knowledge of Gujarati Language.

For Group Manager-Electrical-

• The applicant must have 04-years full-time regular engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with a minimum of 60% marks for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 09 years of experience in electrical maintenance in the Large Hydrocarbon sector.
• The applicant must have a minimum of 02 years of experience in the LNG sector will be preferred either in operations or projects.
• The applicant must have experience in the operation and maintenance of EHV and HV systems including switchyard, and substation.
• The applicant must have experience in the maintenance of motor/panels/JBS/lighting fixtures and testing of panels/relays etc.

For Senior Officer-Shipping-

• The applicant must have 03 years full-time degree in Nautical Science/Marine or a Certificate of 2nd Mate/ 1st Mate FG/ home trade or equivalent from a DGS (Directorate General of Shipping) approved university. Or, 03 years full-time degree from a recognized Indian University/Institute with any Certificate course for shipping approved by DG Shipping.

Experience–

• The applicant must have a minimum of 02 years of experience in the shipping industry handling port operations of hydrocarbon products.
• The applicant must have Ship berthing/ de-berthing and Security of Port Operations having a thorough knowledge of all national and international regulations relating to the industry.
• The applicant must coordinate with a ship berthing agency for ship berthing/ de-berthing activities.

For Senior Officer- Human Resource and Administration-

• The applicant must have 02 years full-time, Post-graduate Degree in HR /Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/Psychology or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/Master of Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management/Master in Labour Studies/Labour Relations from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University with minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Experience-

• The applicant must have a minimum of 02 years’ experience in all matters concerning the HR department.
• The applicant must have experience in the Large Hydro-Carbon Sector will be preferred.
• The applicant must have knowledge of Labour Legislation and Regulations.
• The applicant must have a knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
• The applicant must have Adequate Knowledge of Gujarati Language.

Selection Process for HPLNG Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for HPLNG Recruitment 2024 on the basis of scrutiny of the application, upload documents and category-wise and discipline-wise merit list, will be considered for the further selection process.
