HPSC Recruitment 2023: The Haryana Public Service (HPSC) has invited Online Applications from the Candidates duly Eligible for Recruitment for the Post of Technical Advisor (Engineering), (Group-A) in the Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited (Cooperation Department), Haryana.
As per the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification, there is 01 Vacancy to be filled up by Appointment on the Technical Advisor (Engineering), Group-A in Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd. (HSFCSML) (Cooperation Department).
According to the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued for Technical Advisor (Engineering) Post (UR) under Pay Scale Level FPL-12 (Rs.15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay 7600), all the Eligible Candidates, therefore, willing to be Applicants, may complete up to the Last Date 20th February 2023 (20.02.2023).

Appropriately Eligible Candidate selected as Technical Advisor (Engineering) (Group-A) shall be entitled to the Pay Scale Level mentioned hereinabove as is also notified in the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
According to HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued, the Un-Reserved Category Candidate (As on 20.02.2023) should be aged Minimum 35 Years and must not (Maximum) exceed (Maximum) 55 Years.

As per the HPSC Recruitment 2023, the Eligible Candidates should have the Educational and Desirable Qualifications explained hereunder:
The Applications should have the following in possession:
Essential Qualification:
I) Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Ist Division preferably with Boiler Operation Engineering Certificate (BOEC).
II) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matriculation Standard/Higher Education.
Experience: Minimum 07 Years’ Experience as Chief Engineer in Sugar Industry.
Preference in Selection as Technical Advisor (Engineering) (Group-A) will be given to 2nd Class American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
Note: The HPSC shall not take into consideration Candidate’s Part-Time Experience for either Shortlisting or Selection Process involved. Only Experience acquired after the Minimum Essential Qualification will be considered.

In the event of number of Applications received from the Candidates in large number, the Commission will adopt Shortlisting Criteria for restricting the number of Candidates to be called in for Interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following Recruitment Methods:
01) On the basis of the Candidate’s Percentage of Marks in the Minimum Educational Qualification prescribed in the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
02) On the basis of the Candidates’ Percentage of Marks in different Educational Qualifications, with due Weightage as decided by the HPSC.
03) On the basis of Desirable Qualifications or any one or all of the Desirable Qualifications in case more than one Desirable Qualification is prescribed.
04) Based on Higher Educational Qualifications than the Minimum/Essential Qualification prescribed in the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
05) On the basis of Higher Experience in the relevant field than the Minimum Prescribed in the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Notification.
06) By counting Experience before or Post-acquired Minimum or the Essential Qualifications
07) By holding a Recruitment Test.
