HPSC Recruitment 2023: The Haryana Public Service (HPSC) has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Recruitment for the Post of Mining Officer (Group-I) in the Mines and Geology Department, Haryana. As per the HPSC Recruitment Notification, there are 12 Vacancies to be filled under Pay Scale Level FPL-7, Cell-1: 449000 with Appointment to Mining Officer (Group-I) Post.
Among the Candidates Eligible and Willing to be Applicants for Mining Officer (Group-I) Posts notified in the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement may complete the Online Application Process within the Timeline stipulated. Based on the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued for the Mining Officer (Group 1) Post, all the Intending Candidates must complete the Online Application Process as per the Instructions prescribed therein latest by the Last Date 28th February 2023 (28.02.2023).

Appropriately Eligible Candidate selected as Mining Officer (Group-I)/Mining Officer (Group – B) in Mines and Geology Department, shall be entitled to the Pay Scale Level notified in the HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement.
According to HPSC Recruitment 2023 Advertisement issued, the Un-Reserved Category Candidate (As on 20.02.2023) should be aged between 21 and 42 Years. Minimum 21 Years and must not (Maximum) exceed (Maximum) 42 Years.

Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community as per the Government Rules.
As per the HPSC Recruitment 2023, the Eligible Candidates should have the Educational and Desirable Qualifications explained hereunder:
The Applications should have the following in possession:
Essential Qualification:
i) B.Engg (Mining) Engineering) or Equivalent from any Accredited University; Or
M.Sc. (Geology)/M.Sc. (Applied Geology) Or M.Tech. (Geology)/ M.Tech. (Applied Geology); Or Equivalent Qualification obtained after B.Sc. (Geology); Or
Post Graduate Degree in Geology/ Applied Geology awarded after a 05-Years’ Integrated Course University from any Accredited University/ Equivalent Qualification(s) as specified by the Government at the time of Recruitment; And
ii) Hindi/Sanskrit as one of the Subjects in Matriculation or Higher Education.

The Haryana Public Service Commission shall carry through the Selection Process for Mining Officer (Group B) Post through a Recruitment Test/Written Examination, if Any.
