IBTRD Recruitment 2023: Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) is seeking applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of support staff posts (Faculty, Office Assistant, and Attender) for various Districts across the country on a contractual basis. According to the IBTRD Recruitment 2023 official notification, the employment will be made initially for a period of three years at INDSETI (Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, Cuddalore, and Chittoor District) for training and official duties. The upper age limit for applicants applying for the vacancies specified in Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, and Chittoor districts would be determined by selection criteria, while candidates placed in Cuddalore district should be between 22 and 40 in age. The IBTRD’s pay pattern will be considered to determine the monthly remuneration of the selected candidates.
According to the IBTRD Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for this position must have excellent communication skills in the local language relevant to their prospective job locations. However, candidates who have fluency in English, Tamil and Hindi will be given priority. If any candidate is subjected to disciplinary action in his or her previous organisation, the decision of the Management of Trust / Society / RSETT regarding the selection of the aforementioned candidates shall be final and binding. For Faculty
The candidates should have Graduate / Post Graduate viz. MSW/MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.Sc.(Agri. Marketing)/ B.A. with B.Ed. etc.
For Office Assistant
Candidates should have a Graduate degree (BSW / B A / B.Com.) with computer knowledge. He/she should have Knowledge of Basic Accounting with good Skills in typing in the local language and in English
For Attender
The candidates must have Matriculate certificate with the ability to read and write the language as determined.
According to the IBTRD Recruitment 2023 official notification, the upper age limit for applicants applying for the vacancies specified in Dharmapuri, Krishnagiri, and Chittoor districts would be determined by selection criteria, while candidates placed in Cuddalore district should be between 22 and 40 in age.
