Monthly Salary under ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Monthly Remuneration Admissible for Senior Residents remains as follows:

I) Teaching Faculty Posts:

i) Professor: Rs. 201213.00 (Consolidated) Per Month

ii) Associate Professor: Rs. 133802.00 (Consolidated) Per Month

iii) Assistant Professor: Rs. 114955.00 (Consolidated) Per Month

II) Super Specialist (Full-Time/Part-Time):

Full-Time Position:

i)Entry Level: Rs.200000.00 (Consolidated) Per Month

ii) Consultant Senior Level: Rs. 240000.00 (Consolidated) Per Month

Part-Time Post (04 Hours 04 Days a Week):

i) Entry Level: Rs.100000.00 (Consolidated) Per Month

ii) Consultant Senior Level: Rs. 150000.00 (Consolidated) Per Month

Visit Charges: Rs.20000 Per Month (in case of Emergency Call) Post-Schedule Duty Timing

Additional Remuneration: Rs.1200/1500 Per Month for every Additional Hour Remuneration beyond 16 Hours/Week

III) Senior Resident (03-Years): Rs. 67000 (Pay Level 11) Plus NPA (Pre-Revised) Plus Other Allowances Per Month as Admissible under the Rules

IV) Adjunct Faculty Post:

i) Director Professor/Professor: Rs. 6000 Per Day

ii) Additional/Associate Professor: Rs. 4000 Per Day

Age Limits under ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, Post-specific Age Limits on the Closing Date should be as follows:

I) Faculty (Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor): 67 Years

II) Super Specialists (Full-Time/Part-Time):67 Years

III) Senior Resident: 45 Years*

IV) Adjunct Faculty: 70 Years

Age Relaxations for Reserved Community Candidates as per Government Rules.

Eligibility Criteria for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

According to the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Applicants should have gained the Eligibility comprising Educational Qualifications and Post-Professional Qualification Experience stipulated for the notified Posts and narrated hereunder:

Essential Qualifications:

I) Faculty (Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor) Post:

Educational Qualification: According to the National Medical Commission (NMC) / Medical Council of India.

II) Super Specialty (Full-Time Part-Time Entry Level) Post: Duly Recognized MBBS Degree Qualification

III) Super Specialists (Full-Time/Part-Time Senior Scale) Post:

Educational Qualifications: i) Duly Recognized MBBS Degree Qualification

ii) Post-Graduate Degree in Concerned Super Specialty with Post-1st PG Degree Qualification 05 Years’ Experience

III) Senior Resident Post:

Educational Qualifications: i) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Concerned Super Specialty from any duly recognized University.

II) Valid Registration with the National Medical Commission/State Medical Council

IV) Adjunct Faculty Post:

Educational Qualifications with PPEQ Experience:

MBBS with PG (MD/DNB) in the Concerned Specialty from any duly Recognized University with Post-1st PG Degree Qualification 08 Years’ Experience.

Selection Criteria under ESIC Recruitment 2023:

The Selection Criteria for Selection on Contractual Appointment for all Posts will be carried through and Viva-voce.  Final Selection of Appropriately Suitable Candidate for the Opted Post shall be strictly based on the Candidate’s Individual Performance of the Candidate in the Interview, which forms the Sole Criteria for Selection on Respective Posts.

The Contract Period for all 03 Notified Teaching Faculty Posts would remain initially for a 03 Years at the outset, with a provision of further Extension for a period of 02 years. The Maximum Tenure of such Engagement will not exceed 05 Years or 70 years of the age of Faculty, Whichever is Earlier.

Note:  In case of Non-availability of the Candidates for Faculty Positions in a particular Reserved Category, the available Meritorious Candidate may be dispensed an Offer of Engagement for 44 Days at the sole discretion of the Appointing Authority.

Interview Details:

The Viva-voce for all Notified shall be held on 25.07.2023 & 26.07.2023 respectively.

Appointed Interview Reporting Hours: 09:00 AM onwards.

Interview Hours: 11:00 AM Onwards

Interview Venue: Academic Block, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Desula MIA, Alwar, Rajasthan 301030

Application Fee for ESIC Recruitment 2023:

The Application Fee vide the ESIC Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice to be borne by the Candidates is as follows:

i) General Category and Other Communities except Reserved Community: Rs.225.00

ii) Reserved (SC/ST/PwBDs)/Woman Candidates & Ex-Service-Men: Exempted

Payment/Remittance Mode: A Demand Draft for Rs.225.00 (as applicable) in favor of “ESI Fund Account No.1” drawn on any Scheduled Bank payable in Alwar, Rajasthan has to be submitted along with the Application Format at the time of Document Verification-cum-Walk-in Interview.
