New Delhi, the 19th November, 2018

No. 54-EL(1)/13/2018.In partial modification of the Notification No.54-EL(1)/10/2018 dated 6^th September, 2018 and in compliance with the direction of the Honble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, vide ex parte Order dated 17^th September, 2018 in Writ C.No. 31365 of 2018, passed in the matter of Kapil Gupta vs. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & Others, it is hereby notified that 7^th and 8^th December, 2018 have been appointed as the dates for recording of votes, in terms of Rule 21(3), for elections to the Twenty Fourth Council from Central India Regional Constituency and Twenty Third Central India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for Ghaziabad as well, after clubbing Indirapuram, Sahibabad, Vaishali etc. with Ghaziabad. Also in the light of above, it is hereby further notified that Chinchwad being part of the jurisdiction of Pune have been clubbed with Pune and consequently the recording of votes in Polling Booth(s) set up at Chinchwad shall take place for two days, i.e. 7^th and 8^th December, 2018. The above polling booths will remain open from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on the respective date(s).
