The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has extended the due date to furnish suggestions/feedback on the CA Scheme of Education and Training until August 31, 2026. Previously, the deadline was August 18, 2026.

The ICAI has disclosed this extension vide an Announcement dated August 18, 2026. The present announcement is in furtherance of an earlier Announcement dated 31st July, 2026, regarding the comprehensive review of the existing Scheme of Education and Training.

The stakeholder who could not participate in the consultation process earlier now have an extended time limit to submit their feedback at the ICAI CRET Feedback Portal (https://lnkd.in/drg3ftzE).

MCA Notifies Key Amendments to Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules in Consultation With NFRA

The following are some conditions for submitting the feedback:

  • Only one chance will be granted to each respondent.

  • Questions marked with (*) are obligatory to answer.

  • All stakeholders are advised to review their answers once before final submission.

The ICAI has urged all the stakeholders to actively contribute towards shaping the future of Chartered Accountancy education and training.
