ICAI Removes Names of 16 Chartered Accountants from Members Register on Guilty of Professional Misconducts The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India [ICAI] has removed names of 16 Chartered Accountants removed form members register. The Disciplinary committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has found 16 Chartered Accountants guilty of professional misconduct. Names of the 16 Members has been removed from the Register along with the Fine. The Names are as follows: CA. Ravi Agarwal (Membership No. 407938), has been found guilty of Professional Misconduct under Clauses (7), (8), and (9) of Part I of the Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and has been ordered to have his name removed from the Register of Members for a period of 01(One) year, as well as a With effect from November 26, 2021, CA. Ravi Agarwal (Membership No. 407938) will be removed from the Register of Members for a period of one year. CA. Nikhilkumar Hasmukhbhai Jani (Membership No. 124684) has been found guilty of Professional Misconduct under Clauses (7) and (8) of Part I of the Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and has been ordered to have his name removed from the Register of Members for a period of 15(fifteen) days With effect from November 26th, 2021, CA.
