The Officers working in the Pay Scale Level 12/13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix or holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis. Or
The Officers working in the Pay Scale Level 11 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix with Pay Scale 10 or holding Analogous Post on a Regular Basis. Or
Fellow of Institute of Cost/Chartered Accountants of India or an Equivalent Degree with 10 Years
