ICFRE Recruitment 2025: The Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) is inviting candidates to fill out the posts of Conservator of Forest (CF) and Deputy Conservator of Forest (DCF) on a Deputation Basis in a Different Institute. The Name of Institutes are; ICFRE (HQ)/FRI/FRIDU Dehradun, FRC-ER, Allahabad, HFRI, Shimla, IFP, Ranchi, IFB, Hyderabad, FRC-CE, Vishakhapatnam, RFRI, Jorhat, FRC-BR, Mizoram, TFRI, Jabalpur, FRC-SD, Chhindwara and AFRI, Jodhpur. As given in the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2025, the candidate is required to pay a Non-Refundable fee of Rs.500 in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of the Accounts Officer, ICFRE, and payable at Dehra Dun.
Selected candidates will be appointed anywhere in India. In accordance with the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2025, there are 42 vacancies for the assigned position. The chosen aspirant will get a Pay Scale in Levels 10 to 14 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The tenure of All Indian Service Officers will be governed in accordance with the provisions under prevalent rules in this regard. As mentioned in the Official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2025, for CF candidate will get a pay scale in Level 13 and 13A of 7th CPC Pay Matrix and for Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF) in the Level 14 of Pay Matrix may also apply for the post.
In case of selection of CCF against CF level, the pay shall be protected and the position shall be deemed to be supernumerary of the level of CCF till it is held by a CCF level officer
The post of DCF are to be filled up through officers of Indian Forests Service/State Forest Service in the Levels 10, 11, 12 and 13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
Referring to the official notification of ICFRE Recruitment 2025, tenure of All Indian Service Officer will be governed in accordance with the provisions under prevalent rules in this regard.
