Qualification for ICMR Recruitment 2023:

Candidate must have the required qualifications for the specified posts for ICMR Recruitment 2023 as given below-

For Project Technical Support-III (Programmer)-

• The candidate should have a 03 years Graduate in Computer Application / Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Science from a recognized University / Institution with three years experience. OR 
• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Application / Information Technology / Information Science / Computer Science from a recognized University / Institution. OR 
• The candidate should have an Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) First Class Four Years Graduate Degree in Information Technology /Information Science/ Computer Science from a recognized University / Institution with three years of experience.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have an Android developer Java, Android, Restful API and JSON Parsing, Multithreading, Java, XML, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Angular JS, SQ Lite, My SQL, Data Encryption, Google Maps and location services. Familiar with Restful API to connect to server and JSON parsing, multithreading and parallel processing, knowledge in SQLite and data encryption, Google maps integration and related APIs and strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices. Should have completed a course in Android application development and have a strong understanding of Android SDK and mobile app development cycle. OR 
• The candidate must be a Net developer C#.NET and VB.NET developer with good communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the following areas NET Framework 3.5, ASP.net C#.NET, VB.NET, .NET MVC, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, LINQ, WCF Services/Web Services, JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, web-designing skills with HTML 5, Bootstrap, Google Maps and location services.

For Project Technical Support – III (Statistics)-

• The candidate should have a 03 Years Graduate in Statistics / Biostatistics from a recognized University / Institution with three years experience. OR
• The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Statistics / Biostatistics from a recognized University / Institution with three years of experience.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have knowledge of statistics-related computer software like SPSS, R, EPI-INFO, EPISTATA and application packages like MS Office. Two years post MSc research experience particularly in survival analysis/ cancer registry.

For Project Research Scientist – I (Programmer)-

• The candidates should have First Class Post Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Information Technology / Computer Science including the integrated PG degrees from a recognized University / Institution. OR 
• The candidate should have Second Class Post Graduate Degree in Computer Application/ Information Technology / Computer Science including integrated PG degrees with a Ph.D. from a recognized University / Institution. OR 
• The candidate should have an Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) First Class Graduate Degree of Four Years in Information Technology / Computer Science from a recognized University / Institution.

Salary for ICMR Recruitment 2023:

As stated in the official notification of ICMR Recruitment 2023, the chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs.101600.

Selection Process for ICMR Recruitment 2023:

The selection for ICMR Recruitment 2023 will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the walk-in interview/personal discussion. All the candidates who fulfill minimum eligibility criteria, with respect to age, educational qualifications, experience, etc (wherever required) will be shortlisted. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in a walk-in interview.

Candidates have to bring their original certificates at the time of interview. The walk-in interview/personal discussion will be held between 31.10.2023 to 03.11.2023 at  ICMR-NCDIR, Nirmal Bhawan, ICMR Complex, (II Floor), Poojanahalli Kannamangala Post, Bengaluru-562110. The verification of documents will start from 8:10 AM onwards and eligible candidates after verification will be interviewed from 11:30 AM onwards.

Latecomers are not allowed for the interview.
