ICMR Recruitment 2023: Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), seeks applications from qualified medical professionals for the post of Consultant (Medical/Non-Medical) for its Bioethics Unit, Bengaluru. According to the ICMR Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates will be hired for one (01) vacancy purely on a time-bound contractual basis for a period of six months. The maximum age limit for applying for this position is 50 years, which will be reckoned on the date of the walk-in interview. Candidates will be selected through a scheduled walk-in-interview to be held at ICMR-Bioethics Unit, ICMR Complex, Bengaluru. The candidate interested in Consultant (Medical) should possess an MBBS / BDS with MD/MDS MPH /PhD degree from a recognised university, whereas non-medical aspirants must have first Class Post Graduate Degree, including PG degrees, with 3 years experience or PhD. Applicants should have Knowledge of Computer applications and about National or International Ethical Guidelines.
According to the ICMR Recruitment 2023 official notification, the shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs. 75000/- (for Medical) and Rs.65,000/- (for Non-Medical). The recruited applicants will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the daily activities of the ICMR Bioethics Unit, which include the following: – Developing ethical policy/guidance on particular topics; capacity building initiatives; use of online tools and methodologies for bioethics training, and etc. Interested and qualified people may apply for the position by downloading an application from the ICMR website.
