The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has shared an important update on its social media platform "X" on the filing of Form AOC-4 for FY 2025-26.

According to the update, One Person Companies (OPCs) are required to file Form AOC-4 for FY 2025-26. The deadline for submitting the form is September 27, 2026.

What is Form AOC-4
