ICSI Second BI-Annual Eastern Region Convocation in Jan 2024; Know the Dates and Other Details
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is going to conduct its Second BI-Annual Eastern Region Convocation in January 2024. ICSI notified this via issuing an Announcement.
The Institute announced that they are organizing the second bi-annual Convocation of FY 2023-2024 of the Eastern Region on 14th January 2024 (Sunday) for awarding the certificate of membership to its Associate and Fellow members admitted during the period from 1st April 2023 to 30th September 2023 and also to award prizes/medals to meritorious students (National) and winner students of national level competitions.

Eligible members are cordially invited to the Eastern Region Convocation. The list of eligible members is also available on the Institute's website. Eligible members will be admitted to the Convocation venue if they confirm their participation by 5:00 p.m. on December 31, 2023, via online submission of the Registration Form. The link for the registration form can be accessed from the official ICSI website.
For any other query, students and members can write to [email protected]. Request for change of region will not be entertained.
If an eligible member does not attend this Convocation or does not confirm his/ her attendance, he/ she will not be allowed to participate in any subsequent Convocation, and his/ her original certificate will be mailed to his/ her mailing address on submit with the Institute after the Convocation.
Eligible participants must provide one proof of identification, namely a Membership Card of the Institute/ Voter Id Card/ Driving License/ Aadhar Card/ PAN Card/ Passport, to get entry into the venue and for registration.
The Members shall come wearing the following Indian attire/ dress for the Convocation ceremony:
- Male members shall wear white/cream coloured 'kurta' and white/ cream coloured 'pyjama' with black/ brown sandals or shoes.
- Female members shall wear white/cream-coloured sarees with any colour border or white/ cream coloured 'kameej' with white/cream coloured 'salwar', white/cream coloured 'dupatta' with black/ brown shoes or sandals.
- There shall not be any headgear (excluding Sikhs).
- One has to make his/ her own travel and stay arrangements.
- No person shall be allowed to attend the Convocation as one’s representative.
- There is NO “On the Spot” registration counter so eligible participants will have to register themselves through Google form before the last date
