IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023:IDBI Bank is seeking online applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager (DGM), Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Manager. As given in the official notification of IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is up to 45 years to apply for the mentioned posts. The chosen candidates will be provided a monthly salary up to Rs.89890. Candidates who belong to SC/ST categories have to pay Rs.200 and all other candidates have to pay Rs.1000 as an application fee.

The required qualifications and experience to apply for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 are described below-
For Audit-
The applicant must have a B.Tech / BE in – Information Technology (IT) /Electronics and Communications/ Software Engineering/ Electronics and Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science/Digital Banking/ BCA/ B.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT) from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. OR
The applicant must have Graduated in any stream with a valid Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification. OR
The applicant must have M.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science)/ MCA/ M Tech/ M.E – Information Technology (IT) /Electronics and Communications/ Electronics and Electrical/ Electronics/Software Engineering/ Digital Banking/ Computer Science from the University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
The applicant must have qualifications/Certifications viz Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)/ Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)/ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) will be preferred.
Experience-
The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years as an officer or equivalent in BFSI of which 4 years should be in the functional area of Information System (IS) Audit as per the notified job description.
For Fraud Risk Management (FRM)-
The applicant must have Graduate in B.Sc. Mathematics /Statistics /B.Tech from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies.
Preference will be given to the candidates having Masters/ Post Graduate in M.Sc. in Mathematics/Statistics from any University recognized by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies and/or having professional qualification/certification in Data Science.
Experience-
The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in BFSI/ Financial Technology Sector. Out of which a minimum of 7 years of experience in Data Science.
Preference to be given to those who have experience in the Fraud Risk Management function.
For Risk Management-
The candidate should have a CA/MBA (Specialization in Banking/ Finance) /CFA/FRM/ICWA.
Experience-
The applicant must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an officer or equivalent in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)/ Corporate Entities/BFSI.
Out of the above, 2 years of experience is preferred in a similar functional area.

Tenure for IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023:
