IIFCL Recruitment 2023: India Infrastructure Finance Company (IIFCL) has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for the Post Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ (Regular) through this IIFCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 09.03.2023. Based on the IIFCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, there are 26 Vacancies to be filled up. Out of 26 Vacancies 08 Vacancies are earmarked for General Merit Candidates.
According to the IIFCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Online Application Registration for IIFCL Assistant Manager (Regular) with Consolidated Monthly Salary Rs. 80000 and Annual CTC Rs.18.00 Lac is in progress effective 11th March 2023 (11.03.2023) with the Last Date due to terminate on 2nd April 2023 (02.04.2023). In view of the IIFCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification issued, Intending and Eligible Candidates may complete the Online Application Registration Process Before or On 02.04.2023 notified therein.

As per the IIFCL Recruitment 2023, the General Merit Candidates as on 28.02.2023 should be aged as hereunder:
The Minimum Age and Maximum Age Limit for the General Merit Candidate is 21 Years and 30 Years. Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates shall remain as per the Government Rules.
According to the IIFCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Minimum Essential Eligibility including Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience are described hereunder:
MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management/Bachelor of Legal Laws/05-Years’ Integrated BA with Post Graduation in Bachelor of Legal Laws (LL.B.) from India Government Accredited University/Institute/Government Regulatory Body/Board.
Essential Post-Qualification Working Experience: 01-Year in the Officer Cadre in Financial Domain/ Banking Sector/Financial Institutions/Public Sector Undertaking/Esteemed Corporate Conglomerate.
Preference shall be attached to those having Relevant Working Experience in Project Finance/ Corporate Finance/ Treasury/ Credit Loan Accounting/ Non-Performing Assets (NPA) and Recovery.
The Selection Process for Assistant Manager (Regular) involves 1) Preliminary Screening Test (PST) for 150 Marks (for Online Written Test for 100 Marks and Domain Knowledge for 50 Marks), 2) Written Examination (WE), 3) Practical Test (PT) and 4) Interview.
Seniority: The Seniority among the Selected Officers will be determined according to the Ranking prepared by using the Standard Percentile score of Aggregate Marks of the Selected Candidates. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) shall host all the 03 Tests; i.e., Preliminary Screening Test, Written Examination and Interview.
As per the IIFCL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Requisite Fee including Application Fee and Intimation Charges to be borne by the Candidates enumerated is as follows:
