IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023: Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bodh Gaya, is hiring Non-Faculty Members for the engagement of various positions on a Regular /Contractual basis. As per the IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023 official notification, there are 11 vacancies to be filled for IIM Uruvela, Prabandh Vihar, and Bodh Gaya. The candidates appointed on regular terms would be on a probation period of 2 years. The candidates applying for given posts should be between 30 and 40 years of age. The shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary up to Rs. 177500 across all available positions.

As per the IIM Bodh Gaya Recruitment 2023 official notification, the candidates applying for this post should have the following eligibilities.
For Administrative Officer (MDP) (R/C)
The candidates should consist a Post-Graduate degree in any discipline with at least second class (55% marks) OR a Post-Graduate degree in Management (MBA) from a reputed Institute. He/she should have at least 8 years in administration / academic / admission activities out of which 5 years in independently handling these functions preferably in a reputed Academic Institution/ University.
For Finance & Accounts Officer (R/C)
The candidates must have Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, or M.Com. degree preferably with S.A.S. or equivalent, with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and a consistently good academic record.
For Assistant Administrative Officer
The candidates should possess a Graduate, Post-Graduate degree preferably MBA with at least 55% marks from a reputed & recognized University or Institute. The candidate has an MBA, Proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office), Internet, and Knowledge/ experience of working with ERP/ Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be given priority.
