For Teaching Assistants-

• Master’s degree preferably in Management with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Proficient in MS Office is a must.

Experience-

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Research experience in institutes of repute and universities will be preferred.

For Library Trainees-

• Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

Experience-

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in institutes of repute and universities will be preferred.

For Management Trainees-

• Master’s degree preferably in Management with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record. Proficient in MS Office is a must.

Experience-

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in institutes of repute and universities will be preferred.

For IT and System Trainees-

• B.E./ B. Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology or MCA with minimum 60% marks or its equivalent grade and consistently good academic record.

Salary for IIM Jammu Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IIM Jammu Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary as under below-

Tenure for IIM Jammu Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of IIM Jammu Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be made on a contract basis. The selected candidates for the post of Library, Management and IT & System will be engaged for a period of 11 months and the selected candidates for the post of Teaching Assistant will be engaged for a period of 01 year.

Selection Process for IIM Jammu Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of IIM Jammu Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on marks obtained in the Written Test followed by Interviews for the posts of Library, Management and IT & System Trainees  Interviews only for Teaching Assistants.
