According to the official notification of IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023, candidates applying for Senior Administrative Officer Grade – I, Administrative Officer, and Administrative Executive posts need to Pay an Application Fee of Rs.500. As given in the official notification of IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit for the above post should be between 40 years to 62 years. As per the official notification of IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023, the selected applicant should get a salary between Pay Level 8 to Pay Level 12 as per the 7th CPC. Candidates applying for the IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.
Senior Administrative Officer Grade – I
Candidate should have a Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute or Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management from a reputed University/Institute with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (6 years for SC/ST) in one of the relevant admin areas:- General Administration / Academic Administration / Admission / Executive Education / MDP out of which 5 years at pay Level 10 or above.
Administrative Officer
Candidate should have a Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute or Two years PostGraduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management from a reputed University/Institute with 8 years experience in one of the relevant admin areas:- General Administration / Academic Administration / Admission / Executive Education / MDP out of which 5 years should be in a supervisory post carrying Level 6 or above.
Internal Audit Officer
The candidate should be a graduate and a Member of ‘The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India’. Good working knowledge of Computer applications and accounting software.
Sound Knowledge of applicable statutory compliances related to the Education Industry in connection with auditing techniques, and internal auditing standards issued by ICAI and IIA. Certifications like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Certificate course on Internal Audit by ICAI, would be an added advantage.
Holding analogous post in Level-10 at least for 5 years or at least 10 years experience in Level 9 in the Internal Audit wing of an educational institution of National Importance funded by Govt. of India, / Central / State Govt. Autonomous Bodies, /PSU, / Central/State University.
Experience in Internal Audit in educational institutions of national importance like IIM, IIT, IISER, etc. will be preferred.
Administrative Executive
Candidate should have a Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute or Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management from a reputed University/Institute or Post Graduate Degree Qualification in Human Resources Development/Management or Psychology or Sociology or Communication or Education or any other field of the requirement for the Institute, with minimum 7 years experience in one of the relevant admin areas: General Administration / Academic Administration / Admission / Executive Education / MDP/ Purchase, out of which at least 5 years should be in Level 6 or above or equivalent.
