According to the official notification of IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023, IIM Indore is looking for applicants for the posts of Regular Faculty (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor [Grade I]) and Assistant Professor (Grade II) in the following Areas:

Qualification for IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023, candidates must have the following qualifications mentioned below:
For Regular Faculty (Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor [Grade I])-

• The applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in appropriate subjects, first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with excellent academic record throughout.

For Assistant Professor (Grade II)-

• The applicants must have a PhD or equivalent degree in appropriate subjects, first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with excellent academic record throughout.

Experience for IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023, the applicant’s required experiences are given below:
For Professor-

• The applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 04 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, IISc, NITIE, IISERs or at an equivalent level in other comparable Indian or foreign institutions.

For Associate Professor-

• The applicants should have a minimum of 06 years of teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 03 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.

For Assistant Professor (Grade I)-

• The applicants should have a minimum of 03 years of teaching/research/industrial experience (excluding the experience gained while pursuing a PhD).

Salary for IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023:

Based on the official notification of IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023, the successful individual will be paid based on his or her qualifications and expertise.

For Professor (HAG)-

• The applicants will be paid Rs. 182200 to Rs. 224100 (Pay Level-15 as per 7th CPC).

For Professor-

• The applicants will be paid Rs. 150100 to Rs. 220200 (Pay Level – 14A as per 7th CPC).

Associate Professor-

• The applicants will be paid Rs. 139600 to Rs. 211300 (Pay Level – 13A2 as per 7th CPC).

Assistant Professor (Grade-I)-

• The applicants will be paid Rs. 101500 to Rs. 167400 (Pay Level – 12 as per 7th CPC).

Assistant Professor (Grade II)-

• The applicants will be paid Rs 57700 to Rs. 98200 (Pay Level – 10) or Rs 68900 – 117200 (Pay Level – 11) as per the 7th CPC.

Mode of Selection for IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023:

As informed by the official notification of IIM Kashipur Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on interviews. Mere fulfilling the minimum qualification and experience requirements will not confer any right on the candidates for being called for an Interview and their selection. Short-listed candidates will be required to

• Make a seminar presentation on a research topic of their choice; and
• Appear in a personal interview with the Faculty Selection Committee.
