For Associate Project Engineer-

• The candidates should have M. Tech/ME in VLSI/RF/Microwave or equivalent with 60% or 6 CPI OR
• The applicants must have a B. Tech/BE (ECE/EE) with 60% or 6 CPI with 3 years of experience in the relevant field. Prior experience with CAD tools and tape-out is desirable.

For Project Engineer-

• The candidates should have a Ph.D. degree in VLSI/RF/Microwave or equivalent OR
• The applicants must have M. Tech/ME in VLSI/RF/Microwave or equivalent with 60% or 6 CPI + 3 yrs. relevant experience OR
• The candidates must have a B. Tech/BE (ECE/EE) with 60% or 6 CPI + 6 years of experience in the relevant field. Prior experience with CAD tools and tape-out is desirable.

Pay Scale for IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2023:

For Associate Project Engineer-

• The chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.42550.

For Project Engineer-

• The chosen candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.56710.

• The duration of the contract will be for a period of 10 months.
