The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has recently issued a reminder for all stakeholders regarding PAS-6 Compliance Filing.
All stakeholders must file Form PAS-6 for the period from October 2025 to March 2026. The Ministry stated that it is important to complete this process on time to avoid any penalties or compliance issues. Form PAS-6 is a half-yearly report for reconciling a company’s share capital.
Deadline
The deadline to submit the Form PAS-6 is 30th May 2026.
How to file Form PAS-6
Here's how to file Form PAS-6:
Step 1: Visit mca.gov.in and log in to your MCA V3 Business user credentials
Step 2: Go to MCA Services, then select Company e-Filing.
Step 3: Go to compliance services
Step 4: Lastly, select the PAS-6 - Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report to complete your filing.
