Income Tax Department enabled Excel utility of ITR-7 for AY 2023-24

The Income Tax Department has released Offline Excel Utility of ITR-7 for AY 2023-24, which is now available for filing.

ITR-7 Form filing is done by the companies who service the income from the properties that are of charitable or religious purposes. This category includes properties that are owned in part or entirely by trusts or legal obligations.

When a person or a company falls under Section 139(4A), Section 139(4B), Section 139(4C), or Section 139(4D), an ITR-7 Form is required.

For persons including companies required to furnish return under sections 139(4A) or 139(4B) or 139(4C) or 139(4D) only.
