Income Tax Dept. Seeking Applications for Young Professionals Post; Monthly Remuneration Upto Rs. 60,000
The Income Tax Department is searching for engaging, talented, and experienced individuals for the role of Young Professional. There is only one vacancy available for the post. Candidates should possess an age not exceeding 35 years to apply for the opportunity. The chosen candidates will be placed for a tenure period of one year. However, this is not a fixed time period; it may extend by another year, subject to satisfactory performance.
The selected candidates will be placed in Chandigarh and will be paid a monthly remuneration of Rs. 60,000 in a lump sum. Candidates to apply for the role should have gained at least 50% marks in the 3 Year LLB or 5 Year integrated LLB degree program, or a Post-Graduation degree program or be a qualified Chartered Accountant. The mode of selection will primarily be based on two stages: Screening and Interview. Candidates willing to apply for Income Tax Recruitment 2026 should have the following educational qualifications: Essential Qualification: (i) Candidates should hold a Graduate /Post Graduate degree in Law from recognised Universities, Colleges and Institutions of National and International repute, and/or be a Chartered Accountant. (ii) Candidates should have gained at least 50% marks in the 3 Year LLB or 5 Year integrated LLB degree program or Post Graduation degree program, or be a qualified Chartered Accountant. Preferred Qualification: (i) Candidates should be chartered accountants who have completed their articleship in taxation, and law graduates/postgraduates who have been engaged in research work/projects in taxation shall be preferred.
